The last few weekends have been interesting also, a close girl mate of mine, who I suppose could come under one-i-tis, we had a very open conversation and I learned a lot about her and it made me realise………..GIRLS LOVE TO HAVE SEX, but have heard that many a time, but to hear it from the horses mouth is different. It sent the fallacy I had into free-fall, made my stomach churn but in a good way. For that I am thankful.
The weekends have been good; I have been ploughing a hell of a lot more, and going for any kind of close, no matter what, just cos it is something I have to do…IT IS MY DUTY!
My updates have been slow simply because I have had so many other things going on, and not had time to sit down and type all this stuff out, but Tuesday night warranted a post and it is pretty dead at work, so I thought I would go through everything I had missed.
Had a date with the Asian teacher I met a little while back, went well, she bought tea..awesome, we chatted we played the truth game, Royal came to watch (man I love that guy…total legend).
I am currently caffeine free! I joined the work gym; I have no excuse not to go as it is in the same building! And one of their requirements was not to have any caffeine before the fitness test, since then I have been drinking caffeine free tea only! In some ways I feel like a traitor to the tea cause…but then again I feel like I am just taking my tea drinking in a new direction!
My fitness test showed I was average across the board, in every way lol. Not too fat not too skinny etc etc. I am doing 10/20 minutes of cardio every time I go, simply because my cardio is pants, and it requires work. I hate it but I got to do it!
Oh and I am off to Sweden in march…..OH HAPPY DAYS!
All this gym stuff, I am hoping will be a prelude to the martial arts trip I am planning to China sometime in the summer!

Mate, I had a guy throw a drink all over me in Halo (by accident) when I was there with Tigga, it totally blew my state & I called it a night after that. I should have just laughed it off but lost my temper. Shit happens dude.
yeah man I've had an ice cube thrown at me by a random. This tuesday I was talking to a girl and someone threw a sweet at my head. Both times I did not know who it was. The ice cube incident blew my state. On Tuesday I just pictured my self getting hit by a sweet and looking around, I laughed. You have to laugh at these things. The result... I did not blow my state.
You are both right, it can blow your state hardcore.
Was just a first for me, as Lindo (Pav) puts it, it was only a matter of time, law of averages and all.
In the short run it knocked me, in the long run I am best for it happening!
Now I laugh about it, one for the books .
